Our mission statement at St. Paul's is: Prayerfully going forth to Love, to Care, to Work, to Share - in Christ's name.
Our Vestry came to this statement, after much discussion and reflection, by simply taking the verbs from a prior - and more wordy - mission statement. Perhaps that says something about St. Paul's at this time in our history. We are seeking to be clear, focused, and active. As a community of faith, we worship and praise God, we seek to grow in our spiritual lives - letting ourselves and our common life be transformed by the power of God - and we work to invite others to join us in this journey of faith. Together, then, enriched by the gifts, faith and questions that each person brings, we reach out to the world around us in witness, ministry and love.
